How to Use the Open For Inspection Dashboard

Collecting information on who is attending is a requirement under Covid19 Regulations as well as a security measure for all parties.
All attendees should be encouraged to wear face masks and to maintain 1.5 metre distance. In Victoria this is mandatory.
Limit the number of people in the home if there are large number. Family groups are fine to look together.
Log in to your Next Address account using your log in details and password
Under My Account in the search bar select Properties
Under Properties select the Property you wish to open
This will open the property page of the home you are opening for inspection.

Select the Inspections tab. Here you can add and delete any inspections
Scroll down to the correct date and hit start.
This will open up the property page.
In the property page there is a grey box on the right side

Click the
Register Interest button.
Here you will type in the name, phone number and address of all attendees and save. Once the inspections are complete simply log out.
An email will then be sent to all attendees.
This provides a record of attendance for all parties.
